Return Policy
1. Overview
At Slexironbloxeo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return WellnessMotion products and request a refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws and Danish legislation.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you (or a person indicated by you) receive the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear, unambiguous statement (e.g., via email) before the 14-day period expires.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at managers@slexironbloxeo.world within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order details (name, email used for the order, and date of purchase).
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return reference number.
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, in the same condition as received.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, without damage or signs of use.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided.
5. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with applicable law, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed, due to health and hygiene reasons.
- Products that have been damaged by the customer after delivery.
- Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
6. Return Shipping Costs
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you (the consumer), unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly delivered product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund:
- If the return meets all conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- The refund will include the full product price and any standard delivery charges originally paid (if applicable). You will not be refunded for supplementary delivery services (e.g., express shipping) if you chose a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at managers@slexironbloxeo.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), you have the right to complain about defects in a product for up to 2 years from the date of delivery.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your payment provider directly, as there may be a processing delay on their end.

10. Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at managers@slexironbloxeo.world. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
